Light Yellow = hydrated

Tips to Stay Hydrated

  • Drink 80 oz. of water a day or half your body weight in ounces (whichever is higher).
  • Supplement water with sports drinks to replenish electrolytes.
  • Eat balanced meals, including fruits and vegetables, which are naturally hydrating.
  • Write down what you eat and supplements you take. Some vitamins supplements and food like beets can cause urine to change colors.
