Whole-Life Optimization
Research suggests that men often seek more than just healthcare to live healthier lives. A 2020 Cleveland-area study revealed nearly 86 percent of men are interested in general wellbeing, 70 percent would like increased mental health resources and over half would welcome more peer engagement day-to-day. Many even expressed a desire for support during major life moments – like becoming a parent or making a career change. Through our Full-Life Fitness programming, we seek to provide the content and connections needed to keep our members firing on all cylinders.
