The Joe Team

All members of UH Cutler Center for Men get access to the program’s Joe team – a band of men’s health guides that help members navigate the experts and services offered at UH. Members are able to contact the Joe team anytime with questions or concerns related to their health journey. Joe gives members a direct line to care – no transfers or phone trees.

In addition to triaging member requests, Joe contacts members regularly with appointment details, check-ins and follow-ups, suggestions for regular maintenance, tailored services and more, serving as your wingman to keep health and wellness top of mind.

Prevention

If not already established with a primary care provider when enrolling with UH Cutler Center for Men, members are fitted to one through Joe. Taking into account member specifics and preferences, Joe matches each member with a provider who understands their health goals, can best meet their health needs, and will always look out for their best interests. Once members are established, their schedules are managed and coordinated through Joe for more connected care.

Treatment

If and when care beyond regular maintenance is required, members of UH Cutler Center for Men can expect streamlined connections to the right specialists from our vast network of providers through Joe. This benefit becomes particularly important when many institutes and departments or locations of our world-class health system are involved.

Full-Life Fitness

Our view of men’s health considers the whole self. Beyond helping members take care of their bodies, we offer a variety of expertise and services to help keep them operating at peak performance. Members enjoy more direct access to multimedia content, programs, classes and events from University Hospitals, as well as a suite of member-only offerings.

Digital Presence and Ongoing Engagement

A growing part of the UH Cutler Center for Men membership offering, the program’s digital presence allows members to interact and stay on top of their care. Guided by UH Ventures – the innovation and commercialization arm of University Hospitals – our program serves as a sandbox for new and improved healthcare technology, giving members early access to developing systems.

Ahuja Flagship Location

Projected to open in fall 2023, UH Cutler Center for Men’s flagship location at UH Ahuja Medical Center’s Phase 2 expansion will deliver comprehensive men’s health services in a setting unlike any other. Setting a new standard for customer experience and serving as a sandbox for new and improved healthcare technology, the space is not your average doctor’s office.
