The UH Rainbow Advice Center was created in 1995 at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, in response to the growing need to provide quality and timely care to parents after their pediatrician’s office had closed. Since then, the UH Rainbow Advice Center has evolved its service to a 24/7 offering that includes medical answering and nurse triage services.
