Parking
Convenient, free hospital parking is available directly in front of the main hospital main entrance, Additional parking is also available on the west side of the hospital, adjacent to the Emergency Department entrance and on the south side of the hospital, adjacent to the Conference Center. Handicapped parking spaces are available and clearly marked at all entrances.
Valet parking is available for a $5 fee at the main entrance 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday to Friday (no holidays).
Patient Services
The safety, privacy and comfort of our patients is our primary concern. The majority of our patient rooms are single-occupancy and come equipped with in-room telephones, Skylight television service and free WiFi.
We provide a variety of resources to help our patients navigate their hospital visit:

Meals for Visitors
Dining options at UH Geauga Medical Center include our cafeteria, with convenient hours and a wide array of meal selections, as well as 24-hour vending machine options.
Visitors who would like to order a room service meal and eat with a patient can pre-purchase a meal in the Café. The visitor simply asks the cashier for a $5 guest tray ticket and pays by cash or credit card. Be sure to save the receipt. The visitor can then order through the At-Your-Request Room Service line, just as a patient would. When meals are delivered, the receipt is exchanged for the guest tray.

Smoking Policy
For the health and safety of our patients and staff, UH Geauga Medical Center is a smoke-free campus. Visitors, patients and staff are asked to refrain from smoking in any area of the hospital or hospital grounds.

UH is bringing our health experts to you through a series of virtual health talks. The virtual seminars include a presentation by physicians who are experts in their field, followed by a Q&A session.
