Group Exercise
We offer dozens of group classes at every fitness level, so you can be sure to find one that fits your needs.
Personal Training
Take advantage of both individual and group training sessions from certified personal trainers.
Post-Rehabilitation Exercise Program
Join this four-week program after physical therapy to further improve function and strength.
Parkinson’s Disease Boot Camp Wellness Program
This program empowers people with Parkinson’s to improve their physical and emotional fitness.
Healthy Lifestyle Dietitian
A 30 Minute Complimentary Session offered to Fitness Center Program Members.
Learn More +- Fitness Program Members are entitled one free visit with Registered Dietitian.
- You will work on a healthy eating plan and set a manageable nutrition goal to work toward.
- For disease specific nutrition information, please schedule a more in-depth nutrition education visit.
- Many insurance plans cover the cost for medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, etc.
