The UH Fitness Center in Avon offers both individual and group personal training sessions. Each of our nationally certified trainers has years of experience and proven success in a variety of specialties. They have been carefully selected to provide you with a unique experience tailored to your needs.
Personal Training Specialties
Our trainers work with clients in specialties such as:

Small Group Personal Training
Get individualized attention and enjoy a new support group to work out with for $15 – 25 an hour. Pricing depends on class format and number of attendees. Pick your favorite workout or class, and pick a time that best suits the group. Our Program Manager will get you connected. Group training sessions include:

Please enroll prior to the start date to ensure there is proper volume to offer the course. Training programs are nonrefundable.
