COVID-19 Vaccine Available for Children and Teens

We are currently administering vaccines to our patients age 6 months and older at our practice.

Parents who want to make a COVID-19 vaccine appointment for their child or children will be able to call to schedule both first and second dose appointments (if needed) at the same time.

Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
