Requirements

To obtain a completion certificate from the program, the following must be completed by the end of your residency year:

• Greater than 80% of objectives achieved for the residency
• Satisfactory completion of all assigned rotations
• Completion of research project and associated research project manuscript
• Formal presentation at an appropriate conference
• Four formal presentations (Case presentations, Pharmacy Grand Rounds, formal lectures, etc.)
• Four journal club presentations to clinical pharmacy team and/or students
• Prepare or devise a drug class review, monograph, treatment guidelines or protocol related to the care of oncology patients
• One medication use evaluation or performance improvement project
• Completion of PGY2 Oncology Disease States and Conditions Required List
