Four-year Categorical Neurology Residency Program
The Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center Neurology Residency Program is the second-largest residency in the U.S. and has a long-standing tradition of preparing residents for successful and rewarding careers in both academic and private practice neurology. Our residency program is an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) four-year categorical program that includes the PGY1 year in internal medicine. Twelve residents are selected annually.
Our principal location is UH Cleveland Medical Center with residents rotating also at the Cleveland VA Medical Center (the third largest VA in the U.S.), Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Our residents are exposed to a diversity of patients and supervised by faculty who are committed and dedicated to training our residents through mentoring and didactic teaching to fulfill their potential as future neurologists.
