Dr. Findley earned his MD from West Virginia University School of Medicine, and he completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Charleston Area Medical Center/West Virginia University. Dr. Findley also completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Vermont Medical Center and Dartmouth – Hitchcock Medical Center.

Dr. Findley enjoys the Doctor-Patient interaction that comes with being a specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.  “This is a field that gives me the ability to participate in a significant chapter in a person’s life - building a family,” says Dr. Findley. “It is truly an honor, and it's one of the joys that really drew me to this specialty”.

A compassionate caregiver, Dr. Findley believes in working together with patients to help them meet their goals by using treatments that not only make sense on paper, but will make sense for the patient’s lifestyle as well. “Working together with patients to help them meet their goals is one of the most gratifying aspects of this field”, said Dr. Findley.

Following his passion for helping patients start a family, Dr. Findley’s focus is in reproductive surgery for endometriosis and fibroids, as well as more complex benign gynecologic surgeries. An avid teacher, Dr. Findley is also dedicated to education and advancing science. He previously developed the physician curriculum for robotic surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Making the move to University Hospitals and Cleveland was an easy one for Dr. Findley. “It presented itself as an opportunity for my family to move close to home, as well as the chance to work with the UH Fertility Center team, which is among the most experienced in the nation.”

Dr. Findley practices at both UH Fertility Center locations (Westlake and Beachwood), and is accepting new patients. Dr. Findley specializes in management of infertility, reproductive endocrinology, fertility preservation for patients with cancer, and reproductive surgery.
