Study Purpose

The purpose of this research is to evaluate a brief, practical adherence intervention (iTAB-CV) delivered via interactive text messaging+ Self-Monitoring (SM) compared to SM alone.

Who Can Participate

Participants between 21 years of age and older who are diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder or Major Depressive and hypertension and are taking medication for high blood pressure may be eligible for this study.
