EMG Test Results

All EMG test results are handled in a secure and confidential manner and available within 48 hours. The EMG exam findings are summarized in an easy to read report which is directly sent to the referring physician. The referring physician is responsible for explaining the test results to the patient.

All EMG test results are mailed or faxed to:

University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center Department of Health Information Services Department to be included in the patient’s medical record. The patient’s referring physician’s office and any other physician per the patient’s request at the time of testing.
