Services & Programs
Our nephrology clinics and programs include:
Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring
For patients with difficult-to-control high blood pressure, we offer specialized technology to continuously monitor blood pressure and detect abnormalities and changes outside of a doctor’s office setting.
Transplant Clinic
Patients with end-stage kidney disease may be candidates for kidney transplant. We provide ongoing care and support for patients both before and after kidney transplant surgery to monitor the patient’s kidney function and overall health, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Onconephrology
Our onconephrologists provide specialized care for patients with cancer. Working with the oncology team at UH Seidman Cancer Center, we help manage kidney-related issues such as high blood pressure and chronic kidney disease in cancer patients.
Home Dialysis Clinic
Home dialysis is a convenient way to manage chronic kidney disease from the comfort of your own home. With proper training and equipment, dialysis can easily be administered at home. Through our weekly clinics, we provide ongoing monitoring and support for at-home dialysis patients.
