Sarah Prosak, DC
Sarah Prosak, DC, a Northeast Ohio native, received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2011. She is joining the University Hospitals Connor Whole Health team after eight years of experience successfully treating numerous types of injuries and pain complaints. Dr. Prosak specialized in traditional chiropractic treatments with a focus of soft tissue injury and dysfunction. She is known for her expertise in treating these complicated injuries with instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), where specialized tools are utilized to assist treatments. Dr. Prosak also has additional training and experience with pregnant women who cannot rely on medications for pain management during this extraordinary time in their lives.
Before moving back to Ohio in 2011, Dr. Prosak was accepted for a prestigious internship on Long Island, where she worked for a neurology and pain management practice alongside medical doctors, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and other medical professionals to treat chronic and complex cases. She recognizes the value and effectiveness of a team approach to health and she is excited to be using her skills to help those in pain and those striving for optimal health at UH Connor Whole Health.
