Purpose of the Study

The purpose of this study is to examine the psychosocial impact of COVID-19 on women’s mental health in pregnancy and the postpartum period. The study will also examine the impact of COVID-19 on maternal-fetal and maternal-infant bonding.

Who Can Participate

Participants must be between 18 and 45 years of age and are currently pregnant in their second or third trimester. Participation involves completing three at-home online surveys, which take approximately 30-60 minutes each to complete. Participants will complete the first survey during pregnancy, the second survey about six weeks postpartum and the third survey approximately six months postpartum.
