After Graduation
Our graduates go on to become academic and community leaders in the field of developmental-behavioral pediatrics. After completion of our three year fellowship, graduates are eligible for the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Boards. One-hundred percent of our graduates since 2007 have passed the Developmental Behavioral Board Certification examination. Many of our graduates have stayed at Rainbow and others have successfully transitioned to other institutions, including Nationwide Children’s Hospital, University of Alabama, University of Michigan, University of Maryland and other places including Fort Myers, FL. Former Rainbow developmental-behavioral pediatric graduates now hold a variety of clinical and administrative positions, including a division chief and fellowship directors. Our program tailors the fellowship curriculum to prepare each individual fellow for the career they desire.
