PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency
Graduation Requirements
In order to obtain a certificate from the program, the following must be completed by the end of your residency year:
- Greater than 80% of goals and objectives achieved for residency (ACHR)
- Precept and evaluate at least one APPE student/PGY1 resident
- Complete 1 new, pediatric drug monograph OR update 2 adult drug monographs with pediatric information and present at MST
- Complete Medication Use Evaluation (MUE)
- Present poster at national meeting
- Present MUE locally at appropriate hospital meeting
- Research project completed
- Research project presented at a national meeting
- Research project manuscript final draft due 6/1
- Present at least four presentations
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of Ohio within required timeframe
- Complete Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) Training
- Completion of staffing checklist
- Completion of the topic appendix
