Graduation Requirements

In order to obtain a certificate from the program, the following must be completed by the end of your residency year:

  1. Greater than 80% of goals and objectives achieved for residency (ACHR)
  2. Precept and evaluate at least one APPE student/PGY1 resident
  3. Complete 1 new, pediatric drug monograph OR update 2 adult drug monographs with pediatric information and present at MST
  4. Complete Medication Use Evaluation (MUE)
    1. Present poster at national meeting
    2. Present MUE locally at appropriate hospital meeting
  5. Research project completed
    1. Research project presented at a national meeting
    2. Research project manuscript final draft due 6/1
  6. Present at least four presentations
  7. Licensed pharmacist in the state of Ohio within required timeframe
  8. Complete Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) Training
  9. Completion of staffing checklist
