How to Apply
The pre-requisite for applying to the Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program is the completion of sleep medicine training in an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-approved residency, i.e., internal medicine, family medicine, psychiatry, neurology, pediatrics and/or otolaryngology. Although the sleep medicine fellowship is based under the Division of Pulmonary Critical Care, a pulmonary fellowship is not a requirement for entry in the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program. Practicing physicians wishing to specialize in sleep medicine should contact the program for more information on enrollment.
Application Process
Each academic year, four positions are available in the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program. If interested in sleep medicine fellowship openings, applications and other required documents should be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
The application period opens on July 1 for entry into the following year.
