Sleep Medicine Fellowship
Comprehensive Curriculum across Clinic and Scholarly Work
The Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program provides outpatient sleep medicine training with an emphasis on:
- Interpretation of technical procedures (40 percent)
- Patient assessments and management (40 percent)
- Scholarly work (20 percent - preparation for conferences, research projects and topics in didactics)
There is no in-patient call. Fellows are on call for polysomnography questions from all three centers one week per month with an average of three calls a week.
Rotations
Fellows' rotations are distributed between three medical centers. An example of the rotation schedule for primary responsibilities is provided below:
