- Link people to needed personal health services and assure the provision of healthcare when otherwise unavailable
- Assure competent public and personal healthcare workforce
- Evaluate effectiveness, accessibility and quality of personal and population-based health services
- Research new insights and innovative solutions to health problems
Categorical Preventive Medicine Didactics
Categorical preventive medicine didactics are held twice monthly. Each session is three hours in duration. One of the didactics sessions is held at the Center for Community Health Integration and the other session is held at our community training partner, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
Residents will also participate in and lead the combined Family and Preventive Medicine didactics. Residents are encouraged to attend the American College of Preventive Medicine annual meeting, usually held in the spring, as well as local conferences.
