How to Apply to the Global Health Fellowship

Thank you for your interest in applying to the UH Cleveland Medical Center/International Medical Corp Global Emergency Medicine Fellowship offered through the Department of Emergency Medicine, an affiliate hospital of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

Applicants will be chosen for interviews based on their career goals and interests in global emergency medicine. Initial interviews will be held on campus at UH Cleveland Medical Center Department of Emergency Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Secondary interviews will be held at International Medical Corps World Headquarters in Washington D.C.

Please make sure you have ready the following information:

• Your most recent and updated CV.
• Three letters of recommendation - One from the Program Director of your emergency medicine residency Program and at least one from a mentor or colleague you had during an overseas experience.
• A one- to two-page essay describing your future career goals and how a Global Emergency Medicine Fellowship will help you reach those goals.
