Levels of Fitness
Level 1=Beginners
Level 2=Intermediate
Level 3=Advanced

Bootcamp

A fast paced total body workout including strength training, cardio drills, core balance and flexibility. Various equipment and body weight movements are used. Level 2 & 3

Bodystep™

Feel liberated and alive with the energizing step workout that pushes fat-burning systems into high gear. All levels

Bodypump™

A weight-training workout in a group fitness setting using barbells with adjustable weights set to motivation music. Strengthen tone and define each major muscle group. All Levels

Bodyattack™

This is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. A high-energy interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength & stabilization exercises. Levels 2 & 3

Fit At Any Age

A gentle but effective exercise program which focuses on strength training, flexibility and stretching. Level 1

Pilates

Strengthen and lengthen your abs, oblique and back muscles by developing core stability. All levels

Pound

Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. You become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Strength Conditioning/Core

Various equipment used to increase strength and flexibility. All levels

Stretchability

Focused stretching of the muscles with relaxation. All levels

Super Sculpt

Improve muscles definition and endurance utilizing various equipment. All levels

Tai Chi

Set aside some quality time for yourself to relax, breathe deeply, and learn some basic Tai Chi movements. All levels

Triple Blast

This is a true interval class using basic moves. Rotate cardio drills with strength drills for a complete workout. All levels

Yoga

Total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation. All levels

Gentle Yoga

A chair-based yoga class consisting of poses seated or standing using the chair for support. Optional floor work. No poses will be offered on the knees. All levels

Power Yoga

Incorporates dynamic flow of movement, breath and meditation to foster strength, flexibility as well as relaxation. Offers a challenge to all that attend. Levels 2 & 3

Yoga Flow

A Vinyasa Yoga flow of poses communicating the mind/body connection with emphasis on effective movement and safety. All levels

Yoga Fusion

Each week of the month varies, yoga/pilates (wk1), yoga with weights (wk2), yoga with strap for flexibility (wk3), yoga flow (wk4). If 5 weeks, relaxation focused yoga (bring blanket).

Zumba

A highly aerobic workout based on a unique Latin rhythm and moves. Zumba is a low-impact easy to follow workout. All levels

Zumba Gold

Same great Zumba Latin moves at a lower intensity, simple choreography for the active older adult or beginner participant. Levels 1 & 2

Group Cycling Classes

Group Cycling

The original, authentic, exhilarating experience and lifestyle. Each ride takes you through a variety of training zones with various terrains.

Intensity Cycling

This advanced class challenges participants with burst of power stretches incorporated.

Cycle Core

30 minutes group cycling finishing up with 15 minutes core!
