Serving Ashtabula and surrounding communities, UH Ashtabula Health Center offers families access to primary and specialty care physicians, laboratory services and diagnostic imaging and radiology (permanently closing effective December 31, 2024) services. Specialty medical services include otolaryngology (ENT), cardiovascular medicine, obstetrics and gynecology and podiatry.

A fully staffed, state-of-the-art urgent care center also offers exceptional, advanced diagnosis and treatment. Our dedicated physicians and staff provide individuals with exceptional patient-centered care.
