May 05, 2022
Enlarged prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH, is a very common condition that effects more than half of all men over the age of 60. While not life-threatening, BPH can cause a significant reduction in quality of life and if left untreated, can lead to more serious damage to the kidneys and bladder.
Join University Hospitals urologist, Remi Ghayda, MD as he discusses the prostate gland and its purpose. Attendees can expect to gain a general understanding of BPH, causes, signs and symptoms to look out for, as well as learn about treatments options and which might be best for you.
