Join representatives from the UH CRC’s Institutional Review Board Administration Office and the Research Integration & Education team for an overview of chart review studies. We will describe the step-by-step process for conducting chart review research, explain how to submit a chart review study to the IRB, including how to complete the HRP-503DATA SpartaIRB Template, and identify UH resources and third party software systems that support chart review studies and protect UH PHI/data.
