Childbirth Preparation

The class provides information on labor & delivery, breathing & relaxation, comfort measures, medications, C-section and postpartum. Bring 2 pillows and a blanket for practicing. A virtual tour of the Birthing Unit may be included. The cost for this class is $70 per couple. Only one registration or "seat" needs to be completed per couple.
