Community Outreach Programs
Savvy Caregiver Program - an evidence-based, scientifically validated psycho-educational program, is a free service to caregivers of dementia patients. This program is a six-week course of two-hour classes, designed to provide the caregiver with the tools they need to understand and manage the memory loss and behavioral symptoms common in dementia.
Care Partner Respite Program - Supported by a generous donor that provides up to 24 hours of NO COST respite UH home care services for overwhelmed dementia family caregivers.
