Study Purpose
This is a follow up study for those that participated in an originator adult mirikizumab CD study. The purpose of this study is to determine whether mirikizumab (LY3074828) can help patients with Crohn’s disease when taken for a longer time and how safe mirikizumab is and whether you might have any side effects when you take it for a long time.
