Study Purpose

This study will look at the safety and potential efficacy of isotonic alkaline glycine replacing normal saline in a nebulizer treatment in patients who receive albuterol for treatment of airflow obstruction, which will be assessed formally by measurement of FEV1 (Forced Expired Volume in 1 second).
