Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting Study for Male Infertility

Study Purpose

In this study, we aim to prospectively acquire testicular MR fingerprinting images in patients under investigation for infertility or with history of prior vasectomy surgery, low serum testosterone, anti-androgen therapy or in transgender individuals undergoing estrogen therapy for female gender transition. The primary goal is to assess the feasibility of this technique for the noninvasive characterization of testicular tissue properties and to determine whether it can provide valuable information for the diagnosis and monitoring of testicular reproductive or hormonal disorders.
