I-SPY COVID Trial - An Adaptive Platform Trial to Reduce Mortality and Ventilator Requirements for Critically Ill Patients

Study Purpose

The purpose of the study is to discover new ways to treat patients who are sick with respiratory failure. Patients that enter the hospital and that are placed on high flow oxygen or are intubated will be screened for trial eligibility. Enrolled patients must have had a positive COVID-19 test by PCR or rapid antigen testing for SARS-CoV-2 infection.
