Crystal Evans

Crystal Evans is a Whole Health & Well-Being Coach Coordinator at University Hospitals Connor Whole Health.

She earned her board certification in health coaching in 2021. With over ten years of experience in the wellness industry, Crystal has worked with hundreds of clients on their wellness journeys. She has found the privilege of being a part of clients’ major health transformations to be most rewarding.

Experienced in managing teams of coaches, Crystal also coordinates UH caregivers navigating the process of becoming board certified coaches so as to reach and support our patients in a more holistic approach.

As a Health Coach her focus is to meet the patient where they are, promoting a patient driven approach to goal setting. Through this collaborative relationship she helps others identify personal barriers, focus on their strengths, leading them to begin making consistent, small, habits that successfully create sustainable lifestyle change.
