Malerie Giaimo, LAc, Dipl.OM

Malerie Giaimo, LAc, Dipl.OM, is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and Diplomate of Oriental Medicine at University Hospitals Connor Whole Health. Believing that whole health is achieved through awareness of mind, body and spirit, Malerie provides practical guidance to simple and complex concerns, while focusing on the root cause. She’s passionate about suggesting additional modalities to acupuncture, such as Chinese herbal medicine, food therapy, supplements and general health education.

After completing her undergraduate education at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio, Malerie earned her Master of Science in Classical Chinese Medicine at Daoist Traditions College in Asheville, North Carolina. Throughout her training, she studied extensively with Jeffrey Yuen, an 88th-generation Daoist priest from the Jade Purity School.

Malerie is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
