*These sweeteners are used in many sugar-free foods, but they contain carbohydrates and should be avoided.
Additional Information
Cellulose is not a sugar. It is a fiber your body does not absorb.
Sweeteners such as Equal ®, Sweet’N Low®, Nutrasweet ® and Splenda® contain carbohydrates and are not calorie free.
