Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to examine connections in the brain as they relate to depression in adolescence measured by qEEG technology. Participants will go through psychiatric assessments throughout the 16 weeks of this study, as well as have qEEGs performed to determine efficacy of treatment and overall patterns in the brain.

Who Can Participate

Participants between the ages of 14 and 17 who have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder without an ADHD diagnosis may be eligible for this study. Participants in this age group without a current or past psychiatric diagnosis may also be eligible for this study.
