Birth Certificates

It may take up to two months for the Bureau of Vital Statistics to process a birth certificate for a newborn. If you have questions or concerns regarding the birth certificate, please contact University Hospitals Department of Health Information Services.

UH does not perform genetic testing to establish paternity. If you require this service you can contact your local county child support service office or a private testing lab.
