Why did you decide to apply for the LME pathway?

Entering residency, I knew my career goals included medical education. The LME pathway has provided me with wonderful mentors and concrete examples of how I can mold my career to meet those aspirations. We have opportunities to teach at multiple levels, including teaching medical students through Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. LME has also given me a group of colleagues and friends I admire and love spending time with! Joining this program has been a highlight of residency!
