UH’s Hanna House SNC nurses help to support and facilitate the Antibiotic Stewardship Program.

Hanna House SNC Antibiotic Stewardship Program’s goal is to promote appropriate use of antibiotics for quality of care, successful patient outcomes and reduction of potential adverse consequences related to antibiotic use.

The program was a collaborative effort between the patient/patient representative, nurses, interdisciplinary team, practitioners, medical director, pharmacist and the leadership team.
