Epic Schedule
In order to update your locations and/or phone numbers, please follow these steps with your Administrator:
- To update a phone number, fax number or practice name: work with your Administrator to open a UH IT helpdesk ticket to the "Epic Ambulatory" assignment group with the correct information.
- To add, update or remove a location: work with your Administrator to complete a BRACE process request. Please submit your request as far in advance as possible.
