The relationships! The unique perspectives I received from the UH leaders broadened my understanding of the UH hospital system as a whole and further reinforced how my efforts contribute to the big picture. The fellowship also helped me further develop my own leadership style through mentorship sessions with our experienced leaders. I left the fellowship even more motivated to help with upcoming initiatives and committed to growing our brand!

It was incredibly helpful to learn more about the UH system and how the system was aligning the various hospitals which had joined UH. Getting a better idea of the finances of healthcare helps me in my administrative role as chief working in partnership with our administrative staff in budgeting and planning for growth.
