Patient Experience Reviews
I was referred to Dr Cooper almost 16 years ago after a finding of melanoma. I have stayed with him ever since. I have not lived in the Cleveland area for several years and continue to travel from out of state to see him. He is extremely personable and caring. He takes his time and explains things well. He has my full trust and confidence and I am fortunate to have found him.
Dr cooper is excellent!!
The provider was caring, kind and took time - very personable - an exception in my experience.
Excellent doctor and staff
Outstanding care provider!
Every visit Doctor Cooper, the Residents, Nurses and staff provide exceptional care.
Kevin Cooper is the best and does an outstanding job
Been seeing Dr.Cooper for many years now and always felt like I was in good hands. He is so caring and knowledgeable. Thank you
Dr Cooper was able to help me with his Diagnosis when other doctors could not, I am doing & very thankful
Waiting an hour is unacceptable, they should schedule appointments accordingly. Just about everyone in the waiting room had something to say about the wait. I have always had a wait of at least 30 minutes before ever getting called back. The receptionist kept telling the patients that kept asking how long, that the Dr Is a specialist. The Dr Is Important, but our time Is valuable also. Enough said.
Everything was great.
Excellent as always.
Dr Cooper is probably the best in the field and we are fortunate to have him at UH
Upon leaving the exam with the doctor, I went to the reception area to schedule a follow up appointment. No one was in the area. I waited for about 2 minutes without seeing a receptionist.
Dr. Cooper does an outstanding job and I treasure and value going to him.

Very good at explaining key issues. Considered my inputs and personal situation.
Happy the Dr was able to diagnose me since other Dr's and hospitals were not
Dr Cooper is great on all levels. His staff reflects that as well.
All good
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cooper and his staff. He and his Residents have always been professional and caring and answer any and all concerns I may have.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
