Patient Experience Reviews
Dr. Zacharias answered all my questions and so did other staff after I left the exam room.
I've had asthma and allergies my whole life. Dr Zaharias took the time to learn my history, ask relevant questions and order appropriate testing to address previous allergic reactions impeding medical care.
Dr. Zacharias was fantastic. I was in and out of the office in 15minutes.
The provider knew I was seeking a second opinion on care. Dawn provided excellent care, support and effort. She followed up with her analysis through MyChart and provided the same outcome my main provider made.
The doctor listened to my concerns, advised and educated me. She moved forward with a plan. I was extremely pleased with her. She was professional yet personable. I've already recommended her to several people.
*** She was very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Zacharias is an excellent and caring doctor. I consider myself blessed to have such an outstanding care provider.
I had a good experience with Dr. Zacharius. She only sees me every two years to check to see if I have had any allergic reactions. She does not do an exam. We just talk. This time we had to discuss some new allergy testing I need. She covered it very well.
She always listens and cares. I can always get an appointment when I need one or call with a question and get answers.
What a wonderful experience I had at this allergists office. The doctor was so helpful and caring and truly seemed to want to listen and understand the issues I was having. I was so impressed with the level of detail and care I received, as well as how thorough the notes were I received through the my chart a few days later. I wish all of your doctors gave such thorough notes about the visit.
Care provider is excellent.
Good
Excellent provider
Dr. Dawn was amazing. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I didn't feel rushed, I felt like she truly cared.
Good
All I'll say is it's a pleasure to go to Dr. Zacharias and her staff. They are a great group of people.
I visit this office once a month for an injection. My visit is always pleasant and efficient. Dr. Zach and and her staff are Amazing!
Dr. Zacharias is always right on target with my medical concerns and very professionally yet very kindly addresses my medical needs.
Excellent service provided by this doctor. I would highly recommend her!
The office and appointments are run very well. Genuine time and care is provided when needed, and expedited (as every patient would hope it could be) in other areas (wait time after check in, etc.). Overall I am very satisfied with the doctor and am impressed with the management of the office.
It was a good experience.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
