I was very lucky to be referred to Anna Meyers. She's always attentive, always listens to me, always explains things. During this most recent visit, she recommended that I switch from *** to *** because the former has been clinically associated with the development of ***, while *** has no such association. Yes, she might have recommended the change based purely on my age but I believe that her more immediate reason was her taking into account my family history: my mother died from the side effects of ***. This simply illustrates the extent to which Anna Meyers takes the whole person into account. Again, I am so lucky to have been referred to her!
Great group of people
Anna Myers is an excellent urological nurse practitioner. She is always concerned about me, professional, friendly, and willing to help me with my particular issue. At this visit, the primary objectives were to remove my catheter and determine how well I was able to void my bladder. All went well at my 8:20 am appointment, and she invited me to return by 3:00 that afternoon if bladder voiding became difficult for me. Fortunately, I was able to urinate properly throughout the day with no need to return to Anna Myers's office.
I can't say enough about how wonderful Anna and her team, Heather and Lydia are. They are caring, supportive and are very easy to talk to about my medical issues. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a urologist.

This was the best appt I had. Both Anna and *** were very nice and helped me from getting me out of the car into the exam room and getting me back to my car again. They both treated me with respect and dignity. They both also were very kind and were very good with what they had to do. Also the receptionist was very nice and kind as well. All of them put me at ease. I wish every medical appt I had was like this. Thank you so much

It was very good experience.
The provider and the receptionist were professional and respectful. However, the nursing/medical assistant was horrible. She never addressed me by name, when she called me to come back to the office area while I was waiting in the reception area after I checked in she pointed her finger at me instead, her tone was curt and unprofessional as if she did not want to be doing the job she was doing. She desperately needs coaching or a transfer to another position. I am a HCP myself so I know how she should behave.
The entire staff was kind and sincere with the care provided and truly treated me with respect. I appreciate each member of staff and the care shown to me.

Anna and her student shadowing (i believe) were absolutely incredible! Came into the appointment very anxious but that went away as soon as we got to talking. They were very caring and understanding! So glad I was able to find Anna she provided incredible insight and information. Even the woman that checked me in at the front desk was lovely. Would give them all an 11/10 if possible!!

Anna Myers was an exceptional nurse practitioner. She was attentive, professional, extremely kind and considerate. She made me feel very comfortable. She asked me questions during the procedure which took the attention away from what she was doing. I couldn't believe that she had finished the procedure so quickly.
