Doctor Benjamin dis excellent job for me in terms of understanding the issue, understand my pain, showed his care and support. He did well and go beyond what he can help me to feel better and reduce the pain. He took good amount of time doing multiple X-rays(before and after). He also make sure I have right surgeon schedule for my next visit by calling them and requesting early appointment due to the nature of issue and surgery.BAD part is with person who support doctor. She placed an order for X-Ray for my wrong finger initially and I noticed this when I went to X-ray room by myself. It took good amount of time for me and Radiology(X-ray) to call her back and cancel that and reorder again. Thought I have explained several times, still she did that mistake. She also not really cares on other things Ex: I have asked her my next appointment is in the same building and she said yes. After I noticed in document and I asked her then she said no it is not this location. There are are others too but I can't recall now.

Received Cortisol Steroid Injection for hip pain. The long-term relief providing effectiveness of the medication Is to be determined. If only short-term relief Is gained a new treatment course may need to be determined. In the meanwhile at Dr Boswells recommendation, I have enrolled in Physical Therapy through UH to attempt to improve my condition. I felt comfortable with Dr Boswell and the treatment course that he has prescribed.

Do not walk but RUN to see Dr. Boswell. I thought I had one diagnosis, turns out I had another which Dr. Boswell addressed and treated right there on the spot. In addition to treatment on the day of my visit, I received 2 prescriptions and a referral to Physical Therapy. I am very pleased with my visit to Dr. Boswell.

Dr. Boswell was amazing to my son. He ended up at main campus and was admitted for septic arthritis. Dr. Boswell called multiple times to see how my son was before I ended up taking him in. He is one of the reasons that his infection was caught before it got much worse. We are very grateful for his quick action and concern.

I'm very happy that Dr Boswell is part of my health care team. He's always very attentive and very easy to talk to. I see him every 3 to 4 months for a cortisone shot in my shoulder and he does it with ease and I never feel any pain. He's an excellent clinician and University Hospitals should be proud to have him on their staff!

Dr. Boswell is my regular orthopedic doctor. At this appointment I had a knee X-ray first. The staff in that department were excellent. Dr. Boswell and I discussed the results and future planning. I will hopefully be getting a knee injection. He submitted the information for insurance approval. The office will be emailing me through My Chart with the decision and future scheduling. I will continue to see Dr. Boswell.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
