Dr Wurst is the best doctor I have had in a long, long time! Very thorough, very patient and very knowledgeable!

Dr. Wurst and the team did an outstanding job facilitating a very challenging conversation concerning my mom's ability to remain alone in safe living and driving conditions. Her ability to assess all of the information being provided was outstanding! This can never be an easy conversation to have with a parent, and Dr. Wurst stood her ground with my hard-headed and stubborn mother and told her what she needed to hear. I am forever grateful for her support during this challenging situation.

I checked into the office for my visit about 15 minutes early. At about 14 minutes after my scheduled appointment I received a call from Dr. Jen asking if I was going to make my appointment. I informed her that I had been sitting in the waiting area. Dr. Jen then told me that when I was checked in by the receptionist, the computer changed my status to exam completed. The lateness would seem to have been due to computer error and not the staff. All staff were great.
I don't mind waiting to talk to the doctor since she spends as much time as I need for my visit. Everyone is afforded the time they need for their visit.
Dr. Wurst is always prepared, very thorough, and extremely caring.
Dr. Wurtz always makes one feel she is not in a rush to move on to the next patient and takes time to answer any concerns one may have. She has a special knack for making a patient feel comfortable which is so important so that a patient is able to relax.
I am very pleased with Dr. Wurst.

Dr Wurst is great. Your medical assistant was inept, uncaring, didn't listen and had an attitude. I was on crutches yet she asked me to get on the scale and then had an attitude when I told her that I couldn't. She didn't offer a wheelchair, even though one was available. She didn't walk me to the examining room or go ahead of me so the door was almost closed and the light was off. She came into the room angry when she should have had compassion. She asked me about a medication and I said I didn't need a refill because I just received one, she sent the order to the local pharmacy anyway. Clearly she doesn't listen to the patients. This isn't the first time things like this have happened. She never apologized or offered any explanation for her rudeness. Because of my providers medical staff I would NOT recommend anyone to this practice.
Dr. Wurst listened carefully to my concerns and questions and answered them to my satisifaction.
