Both the nurse *** and Dr. Wong were very good at giving me thorough answers to my questions and concerns. *** was very gentle and explained everything she was doing as she was getting things ready for my surgery. Dr. Wong's suture site was very nicely prepared and closed up. They were both great!
Excellent service and professional
Paula P., the nurse, was especially kind to me while I waited for surgery. She understood how nervous I was and even offered me a squishy ball to help alleviate my anxiety. After talking to Dr. Wong, I was even more reassured that all would go well. And it did!
