Patient Experience Reviews
Top provider service. Dr. Victoroff is an excellent doctor and provider. I am so grateful for him because he explained the entire process very carefully and clearly and he ensured that all of my questions and concerns were answered. And I asked a lot of questions and he was so patient and waited until I understood clearly what was going to happen. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met and very kind.
I was new to this office with, to me, was a delicate matter. All personnel me feel very comfortable.

Donya was knowledgeable, and personable. I know I'm in good hands.
Excellent Nurse Practitioner. A gentle physical exam. Explained things in east to understand but not condescending speech
Everything was a great experience
If only all Dr's and Practitioners could be this kind . Best bedside manner I have seen in many years
Everyone was exceptional, especially the Dr.
Donya Woconish provides the very best care for me. I enjoy my visits with her. She is very attentive and professional. I feel as if I am a friend of hers. She is THE BEST!The nurse (Lori) is also exceptional and professional. I see her each time I am there to see Donya W.The receptionist was very kind and friendly. She scheduled my next follow up visit with cheer.I have not had even one bad experience since I've been in the University system for my current condition. (3.5 years). Since the moment I walked In the door for treatment of my current condition, EVERYONE has been more than excellent. Including the doctors, nurses, receptionists, concierge and even the security in the buildings.I have nothing but praise for EVERYONE in the system. They are truly LIFESAVERS!!!
She was excellent.

This was a referral that resulted in another recommended referral. The NP was very straightforwad and helpful.
This was my first visit with the Nurse Practioner and she is excellent
Donya was the best provider I've ever been to. Great communicator, easy to understand and showed interest. Solved my problem that others couldn't. Wish I could go to her for all my medical needs.
Donya is excellent! She diagnosed the cause of issues I have had for many years and explained what I can do differently to avoid those health problems in the future. I made changes she recommended and see good results already, after only a week. So glad to be under her care!
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
