Patient Experience Reviews
First appointment with doctor for a physical. She will be my new primary care doc. I liked her, the staff and office location. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions . I received test results within a day or two. I have a referral appt. Scheduled. It was positive experience.
I have no complaints about Dr. Watters about the care and treatment I received. All employees were friendly. Been with this office since 2007.
Excellent care
Every thing was very good st the office visiit. Great staff.
I didn't know when I made the appointment that my aunt's and uncle already see her. So it was nice that she knew our family history. She is awesome and I'm glad to have her
Doctor Waters is always awesome
I have been seeing Dr. Waters for years. She is very thorough, compationate and explains things in a way I understand.
I really like Dr. Waters ***
All good.
Dr. Waters always answers all my questions related to my healthcare and patiently answers all questions decreasing my anxiety
I've been looking for a Dr that I could talk to and be open with and voice my concerns and I actually am looking forward to her being mine and my mom's dr
The provider appointment was great. She listened and ordered all things needed for medical concerns before leaving the office, Providers nurse was was robotic and rushed patient while getting weight and vital signs.
Dr. Waters is a very caring and thorough doctor.
This was my first visit as a new patient for this provider, so we had to go through some steps for the new provider to collect medical history, etc. I plan for this provider to be my new PCP going forward.
Dr. Judith Waters is a caring internist!!
Good experience.
Dr. Waters is a wonderful Doctor.
I waited a very long time. I almost left because I needed to go to work. Next time I will ask for very first appointment
Love Judy Waters but her nurse help is always average
She was apologetic about me having to wait. Dr. Waters is very nice.
Dr, Waters has been my doctor for about 30 years and I have been pleased with her care. She has become a friend and I trust her.
Great experience! Definitely happy with this office as a whole! I do not have one bad thing to say about this office or the care I was provided.
I think Dr. Waters is great. ***
Love Dr Waters but it seems that over the years the wait times are alot longer. Both in the lobby and examining room. Seems like UH is over working staff.
The provider Dr. Waters is awesome. ***
Excellent care, concern & compassion from Dr. Judith Waters.
Good
Dr. Judith Waters is a great doctor! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I appreciate Dr. Waters taking her time to listen and to ask if I have any health concerns. I trust Dr. Waters' professional opinions and approach for my health and care.
This was my first visit with this doctor. I was looking for a new PCP. I like Dr. Waters very much and plan to continue to see her as my PCP. She ordered some tests for me that were due and was quick to respond with results and explanations for any anomalies. She has ordered more tests based on the initial results and has been very good about keeping me informed. I am very happy I found her.
I know doctors are busy and asked to do too many things! I feel like I never know next steps. It's like you can only do one thing at a time in one appointment. I always want to ask: and then what? We run a test and then what?
Dr waters is a great doctor who is very patient, understanding and caring. She listens, advises and truly makes you feel cared for. She is the best. The phone system and process needs a lot of work. It is impersonal, long and the commercials need to be toned down.
The provider was fine. ***
Dr. Waters is very knowledgeable about my health, however she is very slow in getting in to see me. She is always late for appointments.Nice lady but very slow in seeing me.
Dr. Waters is such a kind, caring soul. She is always very helpful.
Very satisfied with Dr. Judith Waters care. She also listens to concerns the patient has. Excellent!
Dr. Waters is wonderful! She takes the time needed to find out what my problem is and is always concerned about my well-being. She knows my medical history and is helpful with any problems I may have.
Dr Judy was very caring.
Dr. Waters was great!!!
Dr waters excellant.
The doctor is fantastic ***
I'm a new patient and I really like Doctor Waters...I might have to wait longer in her office... But I don't mind if it's not real long... Doctor Waters is a good doctor and I feel she cares about her patients.
Dr. Waters is very nice sometimes I think she gets overwhelmed I usually have to send a text or call about results of tests plus I have to usually have to ask when I should come in again my old doctor wanted every 6 months. I understand it's hard to get good help.
Dr Waters is one of the best doctors I have had, she listens and is compassionate. I feel that her workload is way too heavy.
Great doctor. Her new nurse has also great. Super efficient.
Dr. Waters is a very patient and compassionate doctor. It is the office staff that I have a hard time with because the message does not get relayed to the doctor unless I called three or four times. Sometimes prescriptions are not called incorrectly due to the office staff not communicating effectively with the doctor. Dr Waters is an outstanding doctor and she is always very efficient with my care
*** I truly liked Dr. Waters but the wait time was a bit much.
She is a good provider, but sometimes appointments are rushed. She is very busy and cares about her patients. This last appointment was rushed. I felt the need to ask more questions. I should have been more aggressive
Dr. Waters is a credit to her profession and a blessing to all patients to whom she cares for. Her clinic is always extremely busy but she still gives each patient the time, attention and care that they need.
I honestly think it isn't Dr. Waters' fault that I had a long wait time. She sees a large volume of patients every day and does not rush through visits just to maintain an "on time" record. She is extremely caring, thoughtful, and professional. She can't do anything about a shortage of providers and a large patient population. I would much rather wait for her than see someone who would rush through a visit and not make me feel seen or heard. Let's not fault the doctors for showing up everyday and doing the best they can. The fact remains that there are far more patients than physicians.
To start, the office staff is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The nurse that worked with me was incredible as well. I wish I could remember her name so I could specifically mention her by name, but she was phenomenal. She was very caring and helpful. She had to come back after the visit to give me a shot, and she was just as great to work with. Dr. Waters is great she takes time to listen and understand questions. ***
Care provider is very attentive and kind involving me in decisions. ***
Always good overall. Never a problem with the staff.
Due to bone on bone knees and weight issues I was unable to walk well or long and can't use wheelchair, so Dr. Waters very kindly came out to my van to see me. I was very grateful for her concern and willingness to accommodate my limitations. She went above and beyond my expectations and I am very, very grateful.
Everything is good except the wait time past your appointment.
Dr. Waters is the most caring, professional, compassionate as well as knowledgeable and brilliant physician I've ever had. She is truly one of a kind, skilled beyond measure yet humble and attentive to her patient's needs thoroughly and consistently. I highly recommend her to anyone, always.
Dr. Waters is an excellent and caring doctor who listens and responds to my health needs.
Dr. Waters and her nurse were both excellent. They made me feel comfortable and the experience was very good.
Dr. Waters is a caring physician. She really listens to her patients.
Very compassionate and dedicated physician
Very good
I love Dr. Waters. She is the primary care physician I have always hoped to find. She always runs late but I am happy to wait because I know I am going to receive the care and concern she shows all of her patients. I trust her and feel I can tell her anything!
Quality healthcare always provided. ***
I like my Doctor or I would not go there she is good
Excellent care
Overall dr waters is excellent and caring and staff was great
I really like Dr. Waters. ***
Dr waters always shows concern for my care, answers all my questions and doesn't rush me. I know when I schedule appointments that the wait will be longer than 15 minutes and I'm ok with this. Her overall care is great. She is down to earth and calm as well as knowledgeable.
Dr.Waters is always open to get me into the office quickly, often on short notice,
Great physician however wait time was over an hour. I think she is overbooked
I love Dr. Waters. She is very caring and compassionate. I just wish the wait time was less.
